Dipping and decorating
We take things seriously (and sometimes slowly!) at Noble and Stace. After filling with caramel, each truffle is dipped one by one, by hand, before being decorated with gold dust or piped with chocolate.
Fresh is best
Due to the fresh ingredients in our truffles, the shelf life will typically be 1-2 months from receipt.
