Mindblowing Masterclasses

You'd be forgiven for thinking that tempering chocolate is a tricky, slightly messy business. It often looks that way when you see even the professionals do it, swirling molten chocolate around on a marble slab before trying to scoop it all back into a bowl! 

But it doesn't have to be like that! Get together with friends and family to learn how to make your own professional chocolates using tempering methods that will not leave you scratching your head and cleaning up for hours!

You can book your very own Masterclass for up to 6 people at our brand NEW Chocolate Studio just outside Midhurst, West Sussex. We also run Masterclasses at The Artisan Bakehouse near Steyning, West Sussex, with up to 8 people, including refreshments throughout and a 2 course lunch afterwards. 

In every class we'll share the skills you need to create the perfect ganache, learn the tricks of piping into truffle shells, decorating professional moulds and tempering chocolate. You'll go home with everything you create, typically 20 hand decorated truffles and 3 unique Tablettes, created with your cocoa butter designs on one side and topped with your choice of extras on the other! 

We also pop up at other very special venues throughout Sussex from time to time but for the ultimate experience we can also come to your own home or office when you book a private Masterclass for adults or kids.
