Our Process

Each one of our truffles, chocolates, bars and bombes are made by Mike in our dedicated chocolate studio based just outside Midhurst, West Sussex – at the heart of the South Downs National Park.

Using award-winning local ingredients from fellow artisan producers who share a passion for creating incredible products, we make many of our own fresh ganache and caramel fillings, carefully blended with just the right amount of top quality ingredients including gin, sparkling wine, natural oils, coffee, ale or even mineral water.

Chocolates are decorated by hand using natural colours, bars are carefully loaded with their toppings to ensure an even distribution and everything is packed by hand to ensure only the absolutely best leaves the Chocolate Kitchen. (Sadly not much is left over for taste testing!)
