Join us for an late afternoon session of making fresh cream truffles and solid Tablettes! With a maximum of 10 people, learn how to make ganache fillings, pipe truffles, decorate your chocolates and the correct method of tempering chocolate.
Often a skill that escapes people at home, we learn the art of tempering chocolate in order to design and make your own solid chocolate bars. All this takes place at the stunning and award-winning tasting room of Ashling Park Wine Estate, just outside Chichester.
This practical and fun workshop lasts around 21/2 hours and includes a welcome drink plus of course a little bit of chocolate to taste along the way! Plus you'll go home with everything you create packaged up in gift boxes and bags.
