Join us for a morning of making fresh cream truffles and solid Tablettes! With a maximum of 10 people, learn how to make ganache fillings, pipe truffles, decoration your chocolates and the correct method of tempering chocolate.
Often a skill that escapes people at home, we learn the art of tempering chocolate in order to design and make your own solid chocolate bars. All this takes place in the beautiful Library at The Kennels private members club in Goodwood.
This practical and fun workshop lasts around 2 1/2 hours and includes Tea or Coffee plus of course a little bit of chocolate! Plus you'll go home with everything you create packaged up in gift boxes.
